One address, and an honest note about what can and cannot be answered by email.
Short answer
Email editor@playbright.org for corrections, questions about a guide, or accessibility problems with the site. Playbright cannot assess whether a specific playground conforms to a standard, and cannot give legal, medical or engineering advice.

What to send
| You want to | What to include |
|---|---|
| Report an error | Page URL, the passage, the correct position, the source |
| Ask about a guide | Page URL and the specific question |
| Report an accessibility problem | Page URL, your browser or assistive technology, what happened |
| Ask about reuse | What you want to use, where, and for what purpose |
What cannot be answered by email
- Whether your playground conforms. That requires a site visit, measurement and the current edition of the standard, and it belongs to a qualified inspector. See the annual audit.
- Legal questions. Liability, licensing, procurement law and insurance are jurisdiction-specific and belong to your attorney or your carrier.
- Medical questions. If a child has been injured, that is a question for a clinician, not for a website.
- Brand recommendations. Editorial standards explains why.
Reporting a problem with the site itself
If a page is unreadable with a screen reader, a control cannot be operated with a keyboard, contrast is too low, or something is broken on your device, that is worth reporting and it will be fixed. Accessibility sets out what the site aims for and what is known to be imperfect.
Frequently asked questions
Can you tell me if my playground is compliant?
No. Conformance is judged on site, against the current edition of the applicable standard, by someone qualified to do it. What we can do is point you at the right document and at how to find a qualified inspector: CPSI certification explains what that qualification is.
Can you recommend a manufacturer or an installer?
No. No page on this site recommends or ranks a brand, a product or a company. Choosing an installer sets out what to look for and what to put in a contract, which is more durable advice than a name would be.
Can I reuse content from Playbright?
Short quotations with a link back are fine. Republishing whole pages is not. See terms for the detail. If you want to use a table or a figure in a presentation or a grant application, ask by email and say what it is for.
